- Submit a video for review: The video file itself, any accompanying written description you provide about the riding session, information about road conditions, your equipment, and your specific concerns or questions.
- Contact us via web form or email: Name, email address, the content of your message, and any additional information you include voluntarily.
- Participate in follow-up coaching communications: Written exchanges, additional videos, and any information shared as part of the ongoing coaching relationship.

5. Video Data and Content
Submitted riding videos are treated with particular care. Your video footage is:
- Used solely for the purpose of conducting the riding analysis you requested.
- Reviewed only by the MOTO LAND instructor assigned to your review.
- Not shared publicly, sold, licensed to third parties, or used in any promotional material without your explicit written consent.
- Retained for a period of 90 days following delivery of your review, after which it is deleted from our systems, unless you have granted consent for longer retention or use.
If we wish to use any portion of your footage for educational or illustrative purposes with other students (in anonymized or consented form), we will request your explicit, separate consent in advance. You may decline without any impact on your coaching service.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, storing files, and delivering email communications. These providers are contractually required to use your data only for the purpose of providing their services to us and to maintain appropriate security standards.
