Submitted riding videos are treated with particular care. Your video footage is:

• Reviewed only by the MOTO LAND instructor assigned to your review.
• Not shared publicly, sold, licensed to third parties, or used in any promotional material without your explicit written consent.
• Retained for a period of 90 days following delivery of your review, after which it is deleted from our systems, unless you have granted consent for longer retention or use.

If we wish to use any portion of your footage for educational or illustrative purposes with other students (in anonymized or consented form), we will request your explicit, separate consent in advance. You may decline without any impact on your coaching service.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
