Riding Safety Disclaimer

Last updated: May 27, 2026

Important Safety Notice Motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous. MOTO LAND provides online educational content only. We do not control your motorcycle, your environment, your decisions, your road conditions, your track conditions, your equipment, or your physical and mental readiness.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All MOTO LAND materials, lessons, coaching sessions, video reviews, drills, written guides, demonstrations, and feedback are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Our content is intended to help riders better understand motorcycle control, cornering technique, body position, vision, throttle control, braking logic, riding mindset, and risk awareness. It is not a substitute for certified in-person motorcycle training, licensing requirements, professional race school instruction, mechanical inspection, medical advice, or legal compliance.

2. Inherent Risks of Motorcycle Riding

Motorcycle riding involves serious risks, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of control;
  • Collision with vehicles, riders, pedestrians, barriers, animals, or fixed objects;
  • Road surface hazards, gravel, oil, debris, rain, uneven pavement, or poor visibility;
  • Track hazards, rider error, mechanical failure, or changing grip conditions;
  • Severe bodily injury, paralysis, permanent disability, or death;
  • Damage to motorcycles, safety gear, personal property, or third-party property.

By using our content or services, you acknowledge that these risks cannot be eliminated and that your decisions while riding remain solely your responsibility.

3. No Real-Time Supervision

MOTO LAND provides online coaching and digital education. We are not physically present when you ride. We cannot observe all hazards, intervene in real time, correct unsafe decisions at the moment they occur, inspect your motorcycle, inspect your protective equipment, evaluate your road or track environment, or confirm whether any exercise is appropriate for your skill level.

You must use independent judgment and stop any drill, technique, or riding activity that feels unsafe or beyond your ability.

4. Rider Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Riding within your ability and comfort level;
  • Complying with all traffic laws, licensing rules, insurance requirements, and local regulations;
  • Choosing safe and lawful practice environments;
  • Using appropriate protective gear, including helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots, and impact protection;
  • Ensuring your motorcycle is properly maintained and mechanically safe;
  • Assessing weather, road, track, traffic, visibility, and surface conditions;
  • Stopping immediately if you feel fatigued, distracted, impaired, anxious, or unsafe.

5. Public Roads and Track Use

Any technique discussed by MOTO LAND must be applied lawfully and responsibly. Public roads are not racetracks. Do not attempt racing speeds, aggressive lean angles, late braking, line experiments, or performance riding behaviors on public roads.

Track riding also carries serious risk. If you participate in track days, racing events, or closed-course riding, you must follow all rules established by the track, organizer, instructors, marshals, and safety personnel.

6. No Guarantee of Safety

MOTO LAND does not guarantee that following our instruction, feedback, or recommendations will prevent crashes, injuries, mistakes, motorcycle damage, or unsafe outcomes.

Riding performance depends on many factors outside our control, including rider judgment, skill level, reaction time, motorcycle condition, tires, suspension, traffic, road surface, weather, visibility, and the actions of other road users.

7. Mechanical and Equipment Disclaimer

Any discussion of motorcycle setup, tire pressure logic, ergonomics, suspension feel, or equipment is general educational commentary only. It is not a replacement for inspection or service by a qualified mechanic, technician, manufacturer representative, or certified suspension specialist.

You are responsible for confirming that your motorcycle and riding equipment are safe, legal, and appropriate before riding.

8. Medical and Physical Readiness

Motorcycle riding requires physical coordination, focus, vision, balance, reaction time, and mental clarity. You should not ride if you are impaired, fatigued, injured, medicated in a way that affects reaction time, emotionally distracted, or otherwise unable to ride safely.

If you have a medical condition that may affect riding, consult a qualified medical professional before participating in riding activities.

9. Acceptance of Responsibility

By accessing MOTO LAND content or services, you acknowledge that motorcycle riding is hazardous and that you voluntarily assume responsibility for your own riding decisions, actions, and outcomes.

You agree to use all educational materials with caution, lawful judgment, and respect for your own limits and the safety of others.
